Sample Queries & Reports

Ask XAPP Analyst questions the way you'd ask a colleague. These examples are a good place to start — change the dates, locations, and sources to fit what you want to know.

Dates follow your calendar

"Last month" means the whole previous calendar month, and "this month" means the 1st through today — both in your location's local time. XAPP Analyst always tells you the exact date range it used. For a trailing window, say so: "the last 30 days".

  • How many leads did we get last month?
  • How many leads came in yesterday?
  • Show me our lead trend for this quarter.
  • How many High Value Leads did we get this year?
  • What percentage of our leads this month were High Value Leads?

Comparing periods

  • Compare this month to last month.
  • How did last quarter compare to the quarter before?
  • Are we getting more leads this week than last week?

Where leads come from

  • What are our top lead sources this month?
  • How many leads came from Reserve with Google last month?
  • Break down last quarter's leads by source.
  • How many leads booked online vs. came in through chat?

Urgency & service type

  • Show me leads by urgency for the last 30 days.
  • What services are customers asking about most this month?
  • How many urgent leads did we get this week?

Individual leads & follow-up

  • Show me today's leads.
  • List this week's High Value Leads.
  • Which urgent leads came in yesterday?
  • Show me the full conversation for the most recent lead.
  • Find leads that mentioned "water heater" this month.

Multiple locations

For franchise groups and businesses with more than one location:

  • How are my locations doing this month?
  • Which location got the most leads last quarter?
  • Show me a table of leads by location and source for last month.
  • Compare our Baltimore and Annapolis locations for this year.
  • Focus on the Baltimore location. (Later questions stay on that location until you say "show all locations".)

Checking your AI assistant

  • What does my chat assistant know about my business?
  • What would my assistant say if a customer asked "Do you offer financing?"
  • Is our service area set up correctly?

Competitive benchmark

  • How do I compare to similar businesses near me?
  • Which nearby competitors offer online booking?
  • What booking software do my competitors use?

What XAPP Analyst can't do

XAPP Analyst is read-only reporting on your XAPP leads. It can't:

  • Create, change, or delete leads, or schedule appointments
  • Change your Studio settings or your chat assistant
  • Answer questions about ad spend, billing, or payroll — that data isn't in XAPP
