XAPP Analyst

XAPP Analyst brings your XAPP lead data into the AI assistant you already use. Ask ChatGPT or Claude a question in plain English — "How many leads did we get last month?" — and XAPP Analyst answers with your real numbers from XAPP Studio.

What you can do​

  • Report on leads — totals, trends, and breakdowns by location, source, urgency, service type, and High Value Lead.
  • Compare periods — this month vs. last month, this quarter vs. last quarter.
  • Review individual leads — see a lead's summary, contact details, and full conversation transcript.
  • Compare locations — for franchise groups and multi-location businesses, see how every location is performing side by side.
  • Check your AI assistant — see what your chat assistant knows about your business and test how it would answer a customer question.
  • Benchmark against competitors — see how your online booking and reviews stack up against similar businesses nearby.

You sign in with your XAPP Studio login — no new account or password is needed.

Read-only by design​

XAPP Analyst only reads your data. It can't create, change, or delete leads, schedule appointments, or change your settings. It also only knows about your XAPP data — it doesn't have ad-spend, billing, or payroll information.
